Our Company prepares appraisals aimed at fulfilling legal requirements in the case of contributions of assets, companies or shareholdings. As part of extraordinary transactions, our Company is able to prepare reports on the fairness of exchange ratios.
Our Company can also provide sworn expert reports required by the Supervisory Authorities. All appraisals and reports are prepared and signed by persons registered as statutory auditors. In addition, in order to determine the Deal Value (in the case of a first investment) or the NAV of investment funds, our Company has a Business Unit specialising in the valuation of equity investments and securities.

In carrying out the assessments, the following activities are performed:
